I went to high school with this guy and he wasn't always the nicest person. He was all right, he just tried too hard to be cool. He married a nice girl, and they had triplets a couple years ago. One of the baby boys has always been sick and had severe health problems, and he had a major surgery on Thursday. His brain stopped working, and he never woke up. He died yesterday afternoon, and it just breaks my heart. That perfect little boy isn't suffering anymore, and I keep trying to tell myself that, but it still breaks my heart that he was taken so soon.
There was also another shooting yesterday, at the Navy Yard in D.C. I don't know many details of it, and with our media it's hard to tell what the truth really is, but it is still sad. There is so much violence in the world today and I hate it. Most people have zero respect, terrible attitudes, and just don't seem to care at all. It makes me sad.
